Taylors Jaraman Pinot Noir, 2008

Slightly disturbed by the lack of terroir in this wine, with grapes coming from both Yarra and Adelaide Hills, the colour is a handsome ruby. There are aromas of smoke, cinnamon, and bright red autumn fruit like raspberry and bramble, on top of this there is a nice warm earthiness to it.

The palate was a bit too warm with some alcohol showing through but the wine has good concentration of fruit and balanced wel with the oak.
